Sundial Plumbing, a full-service, professional plumbing company, serves both residential and commercial customers. Sundial performs large and small repairs, excavations, sewer servicing, gas and water supply system repair and installation, plumbing renovations and additions, line-locating, video pipe inspections, and drain cleanings. Sundial is a family business, founded by father-daughter owners Jack and Mitzi Smith in 1999; the company has 43 employees. Mitzi, a Master Plumber, explains, "Our philosophy is to exceed expectations and find a way to give more to our customers. We have two full-time dispatchers whose only job is to coordinate calls to meet customer needs—you will never talk to voicemail at Sundial. Our services are available seven days a week, and we provide 24 hour care. We perform background checks on all employees, and our technicians are uniformed, drive marked vehicles, and carry ID badges."
