specializes in residential plumbing services and handles all types of plumbing repairs, except septic tank work. President and co-founder Jim Sabol has 29 years of plumbing experience and is a Master Plumber. Plumb Works is a family business; Jim co-owns the company with his brother Jerome, who is also a Master Plumber. In addition, Jim's wife, Renee, works in the office, and his nephew Josh is a journeyman technician. Jim believes in his people: "More than half of my plumbers have been with me for ten or more years. We conduct extensive training and treat our employees fairly. It shows in how they take care of our customers." Plumb Works provides flat-rate pricing, so the customer knows what the job will cost before the work is started. The company also inspects all of the sewers it cleans with a specialized camera. Plumb Works carries both workers' compensation and liability insurance, and provides a two-year warranty on all work, excluding drain cleaning.
