specializes in interior and exterior residential and light commercial repainting, carpentry work, drywall work, and HardiePlank replacement. It does not provide specialty finishes, such as faux finishes. Founder and owner Irwin Weitz describes his painting career: "Back in 1981, when I started working for a painting manufacturer, I saw that the painting contractors were just not delivering the service their customers wanted and deserved. I started Superior Pro Painters because I knew I could do much better by delivering high-quality service and running a clean and honest operation." Although the company has grown, Irwin is still a hands-on owner. He personally meets with some of the potential customers, and manages some of the jobs himself. Superior Pro Painters warrants all work, offers extended maintenance agreements, requires a $1,000 minimum, and carries both workers' compensation and liability insurance. As Irwin explains, "We work hard to follow our jobs all the way through and stay on top of everything. We like to put our customers in a comfort zone. We don't ask for any money up-front, we communicate clearly, and we do what we say we will do. We provide the personal touch."
