The company also installs retaining walls, paver patios and walkways, ponds, and other water features. In addition, Team Turf offers monthly and yearly maintenance plans as well as application of Nu-Life PineStraw, a product that extends the life and color of natural pine straw. Team Turf was founded by co-owners Jonathan Tucker and Matt Hubbard. Matt remarks, "We became good friends in the first grade, and by the fourth grade, we were borrowing our parents' mowers to cut lawns. Over the years, we've grown into a professional, full-service landscaping organization." Team Turf's small size allows for hands-on ownership, and one of the owners is on site for all installation work. The company carries workers' compensation and liability insurance, and all employees are uniformed and travel in marked trucks. Team Turf accepts jobs of almost any size but specializes in projects ranging from $5,000 to $10,000. Jonathan says, "We're very dependable, professional, and considerate. We work hard to take care of our customers. We know that if we don't, someone else will."
