"I built this company on my belief that customer service and trust are important in any home repair relationship," he says. The busy season for fencing contractors starts in April and runs until September. "Weather permitting, we make a commitment to get fences erected in two weeks during the season and ten days when ordered off-season," Tim says. The company offers a wide variety of services, from chain-link, wood privacy, decorative aluminum, steel, picket, and vinyl fences to gate access controls, pool enclosures, and repairs. "Our workers have more than 50 years' combined experience," Tim says. The company carries both workers' compensation and liability insurance. To meet his service goals, Tim is involved in every aspect of the business, including ordering materials, scheduling, installation, and sales. He says it's important to get out in the field to meet customers. "We don't want to be the biggest company," he says. "We want to be just large enough to provide the services our customers need, just small enough to give them the attention they deserve."
