they told

around
the edges
because
the black
dirt won't
come out.
It will.
I got
down on
my hands
and knees
with a
simple
solution,
and it
came out.
It didn't
even require
that much
work.
I'd have
much more
respect
for someone
who says,
'If you
want the
dark band
cleaned,
I'll clean
it, but
it will
cost you
extra,
because
I can't
clean
it with
my equipment.'...Then,
when they
were dragging
their
hoses
through
the house,
they left
black
marks
on the
white
baseboards
at all
the corners....I'd
give them
a

I would
not use
them again.
The guy
was nice
and all,
but it
was one
of those
bait-and-switch-type
deals.
The coupon
says,
'Get your
carpets
cleaned
for $100.'
And then
when they
got here,
there
was extra
for this
and extra
for that.
You thought
you were
going
to pay
$100,
and it
ends up
being
a $500
bill.
He was
like,
'Oh, you've
got this
stain,
and this
will be
extra
to spray
here.'
Then,
some of
the stuff
that he
said he
couldn't
get out,
I got
out with
some [cleaning
solution].
