We have these huge Palladian windows at the top that are like eight feet by eight feet. They're huge, and they're 18 feet up in the air. One week after they put in the first set, one of the windows cracked. The crack got bigger, and bigger, and bigger. You couldn't even open our back door without fear that the window or part of it would fall out. They finally came back out and put tape on it-the tape lasted one day. They remade the windows, but they forgot to check them...so they remade them a third time and installed them again. It cracked again. It was a whole ordeal, because they had to set scaffolding up inside my living room to get to the windows. They really didn't care that this window could fall at any point in time. It was ridiculous. I have a small child, and we couldn't let him out the back door. Every time I opened that door, I just cringed; it was very dangerous. I would never, ever, ever, in a million years recommend [#3366]. I called them daily. It was like pulling teeth to get anybody out here. At one point, they sent out a man with a ladder to remove one of the pieces, and he was freaking out that they had just left me like this for so long. It was a very bad situation, and they came highly recommended from a neighbor." (This
