experience has been terrible. We hired
this company and they were supposed
to spray for weeds. He'd come out and
I'd have weeds growing out of the cracks
in my driveway. All it would take is
a tiny shot of [weed killer] and they
would have been gone. He couldn't even
kill those. We had weeds all over the
backyard. We continued to see weeds
and continued to call them to come back
out. He kept coming back and none of
the weeds were gone. He finally said
that their company doesn't kill the
type of weeds I had. I bought some weed
killer myself and sprayed them, and
they're gone. It was obvious that he
had no idea what he was talking about." (This

just deteriorated; they would do shoddy
work. They came over here, and they
would think I wasn't home, and they'd
just spray for five seconds. It was
awful. At one point they did the aerating
and overseeding, and the guy that did
it didn't know what he was doing, and
he tore up the whole front lawn. They

would not recommend them. I was wondering
why my yard didn't look any better than
anybody else's and looked worse than
some that used no service at all. Then,
one day, my neighbor across the street
said, 'Are you wondering about your
yard?...I stand at my window every time
the guy comes to do your lawn. I watch
him sit in front of your house writing
out the ticket for about ten minutes.
He comes up, puts it on your door, and
drives off. He doesn't do anything to
