Advantek offers repairs on a wide range of high-end kitchen appliances and laundry equipment, including Viking, Miele, Sub-Zero, Thermador, and Marvel. Michael Lake and his wife, Linda, co-founded Advantek, which employs three generations of the Lake family. According to Michael, who has more than 20 years of experience, "My father, Bill, taught me to focus on customer satisfaction and convenience. We hate for our customers to wait. By calling their cell or work number with a 30-minute lead, we can meet them at the house, and they can take care of what they need to do until then." He continues, "Also, because our knowledge and experience is focused on high-end appliances, one tech can service a Viking oven, a Miele washer, and a Sub-Zero wine storage unit all in the same trip." Advantek carries both workers' compensation and liability insurance as well as a one-year parts-and-labor warranty. Michael states, "We know no one is expecting an appliance to fail when it does. Our goal is to turn that negative experience into a positive one with our service."
